1. Architonic Product Manager

𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 Product Manager at Architonic - ArchDaily manages several stakeholders and incoming information, and balances their input together with: organization goals, user and client needs, industry benchmarks, and overall product vision to prioritize and ensure the execution of a coherent roadmap. They also must have experience leading a development team, planning and following up on development sprints, prioritize balancing all variables previously mentioned, and embracing innovation in order to grow fast. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰’𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝟰 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀: 𝟭. User acquisition: traffic growth and social reach 𝟮. User engagement & retention: improve search and discovery within our platform, satisfying the A&D community needs. 𝟯. Users conversion: increase lead generation, registrations & specific actions within our site. 𝟰. Clients renewal rate. This through a deep and informed understanding of their needs and mindset, built through constant research and communication channels with both our users and clients. 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 & 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: - Listens, understands, and empathizes with clients and users' needs and desires. - Actively listens to the different teams and areas within the organization. - Market research. Needs to apply UX research and prepare clear project definitions in order to construct coherent, appealing products. 𝟮. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: - Use information/data to develop an informed and factual strategy to achieve the goals set for the team. - Define strategies for sustained and exponential growth of the company through the acquisition and retention of users in different channels, as well as keeping them active on the platform. 𝟯. 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: - Collaborative coordination of all areas in order to improve our UX and main KPIs - Defines (with the development team input) requirements and stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization. - Leads team rituals: retrospectives, grooming, plannings, identify and solve team blockers, QA. 𝟰. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀: - Clarity on what data will be analyzed, and how it will connect to the organization's goals. - Track what needs to be tracked in order to get all data needed to properly analyze and make further decisions. 𝟱. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: - Supervisory position and communication must be effective down the line in order to ensure proper execution of the roles/functions as well as company-wide alignment. 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: - Active Listener & Communication Skills - Flexibility, adaptability (fast changing context) - UX mindset - User lifecycle - User-flows and clear project definitions - Time Management - Data driven 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: - High English level - At least 3 years of experience in Product Management - Have previously worked on digital products focused on user engagement and conversion (in our case lead generation and registered users), if related to the architecture and design industry, even better. - Open to travel 𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲: - Management Tools (linear/Jira, Trello, invision, etc.) - Content Management - SQL 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Santiago, Chile
