Karün is looking for a passionate and envisioned FiIm Producer to lead the Film Production Department globally for the company (LATAM, North America and Europe). The main responsibilities include leading the yearly FIlm Creation Plan, overseeing production from the budget, timeline, and quality of the finished product.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the activities of writers, directors, managers, and other personnel throughout the production process.
Develop, manage and supervise general budget for the area.
Monitor post-production processes in order to ensure accurate completion of all details.
Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling, and planning.
Determine production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules and management policies.
Provide screenwriter and creative manager with story outlines from which scripts can be written.
Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained.
Obtain and distribute costumes, props, music, and studio equipment needed to complete productions.
Negotiate contracts with artistic personnel, often in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.
Develop marketing plans for finished products, collaborating with sales associates to supervise product distribution.
REQUERIMIENTOS
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
Experience as a producer on the film industry.
Handle post-production software.
Knowledge about film equipment, vendors, rentals and film industry professionals and technicians.
Experience working in national and international productions is desirable.
Experience with photoshoots is desirable.
